I just realised I didn’t blog about my Sarawak trip in March >.< Let me blog about it now. It’s been more than 2 months. We went there at 3rd of March.
First time visiting Sarawak and of course first time flying with the family! :) We were all so excited when the trip is confirmed. Lucky we got cheap flight tickets from AirAsia. Actually the only reason we went there is to visit my dear sister, who is having her NS there.
I love clouds :)
Arrived at Kuching.
Our first dinner at Kuching treated by Uncle Wee. The food was really good.
The next morning, we went to the kopitiam downstairs to have breakfast. The food was really really good too. I miss Kolo mee…
After breakfast, we started our journey to explore Kuching.
First stop, Sunday market.
Yes! They sell cats in the market.
After that we went to..I forgot the places..*bang head* should’ve blog earlier.
Souvenir shop and lunch.
How I took the pic..haha
It’s the riverside of Kuching. I think it’s a nice place to relax. After walking around for some time, it’s time to visit Xuan.
Dad went to get permission for us to bring her out for a day and it’s approved! ;)
Rescued her out of the camp..haha..and we went to eat again. Ya, I just recall we ate a lot during the trip.
Nice nice! Can I have this in KL? T.T
Cats!! :)
And then it’s dinner time!
Next morning
Our breakfast, very fulfilling!
Headed to Pantai Damai and the Sarawak Cultural Village after breakfast.
The entrance fee for cultural village is quite expensive. If I’m not mistaken it’s RM60 per person. Those with student card will be eligible for half price. But this place is still recommended for first time visitors.
Later went to a place called Muara Tebas. The seafood there is very famous. Before eating, went to the temple to pray.
The seafood here is awesome! Everything is very fresh.
Sunny Hill Ice cream
Time to go back to the camp for Xuan and say bye to Kuching for us.
I like Kuching. It’s a really really really clean city compared to KL! and the pace is very slow. I think people enjoy life there. KL is too hectic sometimes.
P.s. Anyway, Xuan’s NS has ended and she’s back in KL for almost 2 months already XD
