2011

 

Oh no! It’s the last day of 2011 already. All Tarcians must be cursing the college for setting the final exam at this time of the year. No Christmas celebration, no countdown for new year. Well, at least we will be able to enjoy Chinese New Year later. 

No idea what to post now. May be new resolution for the next post. I will only do it after exam. Lack of sleep makes my head feel like exploding.

I remember on the last day of 2010. I said 2011 will be better.
I’m going to say the same thing today. I believe 2012 will be better! 22nd December 2012 will not be the end of the world.

Wish everyone good luck for the finals. And all the best in 2012.

 

p.s. My dear sister is leaving to Sarawak for 3 months because of National Service T.T Gonna miss her so so much. Take care sis:) <3

Something important I’ve missed

 

Yes! Like what the title said. I missed out Seak Yin’s birthday post. How can I missed it? ><

It was unforgettable too :) I think Seak Yin enjoyed it as well. We all met up around 3pm to go to Klang for Logos Hope. A book fest on a ship..quite interesting. We didn’t know the exact location of the ship and we lost our way a few times. Lastly manage to reach there around 5pm. If I’ve remembered it correctly. =P

Later, we went to Telok Gong for seafood. That was actually our first time eating like that. I have to say the food there is quite good. We had crabs, fish and lala..and the price is really affordable.

After our dinner, we went to I-city. Seak Yin wanted to go there since long time ago I think, The only thing to do there is take picture, take pictures, and take even more pictures. XD

And Seak Yin must be wondering why there’s no cake for her. Actually we were supposed to buy her a cake after sending her home, and send it to her house at 12am sharp since her birthday is the next day. But plan failed. Surprise failed. Seak Yin is too smart…haha..We have Snowflake instead! :)

I hope she had a memorable 19th birthday. And here I would like to wish her all the best in the coming STPM. I know she works very hard and she will do great.

PD Trip

 

It’s so hard to make blogging as a habit! and oh no..it has been more than a month since I last blog. Time flies. That is indeed my most used quote, I think I use it too often.

Well, I think I should post about some happy things. Memorable events.

First is the 2D1N Port Dickson Trip. We went there during the Deepavali holiday. It’s my first trip with the group mates after all. Before this, didn’t get to go Genting Highland and Melaka with them. It was fun. I feel like learning how to swim after the trip but I’m just too afraid of water :/

We bought our own ingredients there for steamboat. The guys said food was not sufficient. Haha. XD Oh..and we celebrated Darren’s birthday also. A surprise for him.

We stayed at Tiara Beach Resort, which was really far from the town area. We also had to drive to arrive at the beach. I think it’s not a good place to stay in Port Dickson. After the steamboat, we went to the beach for a walk. Nothing special so we decided to write on the beach.  I can only see the word “DAC20” and the others are basically our name. :)

The next day, after checking out, we went to have our lunch. Bak Kut Teh :) After that went to the beach again. Some bought souvenirs. Unfortunately, it started raining. We were forced to come back to KL. It was a simple trip but yet quite a nice one. It will be better if Jessie and Wai Peng were able to join us. Looking forward for the next trip. :)                                       

I think I shall reserve other things for the next post.

Last week was pretty packed. I think I was not at home for dinner from Tuesday to Friday.

Monday, participated in the TARC Accounting Quiz 2011. The result is definitely a surprise for my team mates. Didn't expect to get anything but ended up with a 1st Runner Up. I can still recall how we shiver and laugh during the competition. Hahaha...We were behaving like kids. That was really a great experience. Probably this will be the one and only trophy that I will receive throughout my life in college.

Went for buffet steamboat at Lot 10 on Wednesday. It was affordable I think. Food was okay. Other than that I have no comment.

Secretary gathering on Thursday. It was fun for me because I have successfully cheated the 8 new secretaries. The only disappointing part is that I'm the only one from my batch who had attended that gathering.

Friday, Ka Yee's birthday. Went to Plaza Lowyat Redbox after college to celebrate her birthday. It was my first karaoke session with them and it was fun. Kayee the lucky birthday girl got a lucky draw and we all doesn't have to pay the head charges. Each of us only pay RM10 for the 3 hours karaoke session and buffet dinner! :)

I can't believe my semester break ends this fast. Though I have been complaining that I have nothing to do during holidays but I still prefer staying at home than going to college. XD College going to resume tomorrow. Not cool at all. I guess this semester will be really hectic, those subjects sound scary for me. Business Law??!! Haha...I think I must stop slacking. Time to buck up! Timetable is quite packed and I can't continue my work at Kumon. Not a good news for me because No work = No money.

Should go on bed and sleep early today but it's Manchester United vs Chelsea match now. I'm excited again :D

Bee

Now I know, it doesn't feel good to be stung by a bee. :( Stung by a bee 2 days ago, which is right after my first blog post. It's still swollen and red now. Indeed, it's really pain and itchy at the same time. Still don't understand how can I be stung by a bee at home! I bet the next time I see a bee I will scream and run and hide..haha XD

Life during sem break is really boring. Have been stuck at home everyday. Till now, the most productive thing I have done is finish reading 3 books in 2 days. Yes, I'm a novel freak, both English and Mandarin ones. Luckily I still have 5 more books which I just bought from the book fest last Saturday. Besides that, I went to Melaka with my family during the Hari Raya holiday which just ended. Have to say that it was too crowded there, people everywhere. College only resuming on the 19th, and that means I still have 2 weeks time to watch drama! Will start watching Hong Kong drama soon.

Anyway, went to Mid Valley today. Surprisingly, met quite a few familiar faces there. Watched Summer Love Love, didn't really enjoy it. I think the movie is quite lame. But who cares when you watch it with someone special. :) Have to say that Final Destination 5 is much more cooler!! Another thing is I think the quality of Starbucks have dropped recently. Getting watery drinks for the recent few visits there.

Finally I bought a new pair of shoes today. No need to wear sport shoes to college everyday from now on! The more exciting part is buying it without paying a single cent. Thanks mummy for the voucher. =DD It's part of my birthday present actually. Now only get to use those vouchers.

Here comes the weird and embarrassing part. I still didn't learn how to end a post after 2 years blogging. How to end this? I guess I should just left it hanging here...

First Post

Well. This is actually my second blog. Didn't plan to have a new blog at first but my original blog has been abandoned since March 2010. If I have not mistaken, the post is about my SPM result. That's really history. In fact, I'm already in Year 2 of college now! It's actually weird to continue blogging there as it didn't link. My life is totally different now (not totally but still lots of difference XD). Time passes and things changed. People grow too. College and new friends are basically what changes me after my secondary school.

I think the only reason I'm so keen about blogging again is because of "Memories". Yes, exactly! My blog title. (Although it's just temporary, will change it when I have idea). The urge to blog just comes in a sudden so I just simply pick a title for this new blog. It brings back lots of memories after reading through blog posts in my previous blog. I didn't want to forget all those things that happened to me. I bet I would not regret blogging. Isn't it nice to see what you are going through now in a few years time? Flashback! And I think I would like to know how childish am I now when I'm 30 years old XD haha...long way to go

Since I'm a lazy person, it's a big decision for me to start blogging again. I'm those person who don't even switch on my laptop for months. The last time I touch my laptop is for assignment. Please don't say I have no life because I have one. =P I'm just used to going online with my phone and too lazy to take out my laptop from the bag. My friends all think that I must be studying all the time since I'm not facing the computer. But that's not true! My hobby is sit and do nothing all the time. This is not cool at all, I really have to seek for something to do and blogging is my choice. :)

Now I have reason to come online! I'm excited! :) something better to do instead of just Facebook-ing.
